What happened in the last two weeks? Well, a lot. Let us show you with today’s release. 38 tasks done 😏.

  • No more useless “Lists”, we deleted everything 🌪 (safely), started from scratch a new feature that lets you dynamically filter your feedback entries based on multiple selectors. You can analyse them, browse them but mostly export them in just one single click. We called it “Dynamic filters”, yes, not really original but at least it makes sense. 

  • We added a new feature for every feedback carrier to add a footer note, very useful for any legal requirement when it comes to collecting data from your customers 🤝. 

  • There is a new option for every engagement that lets you display it according to the feedback’s satisfaction ratio.  

  • We added a new preview mode to better visualize your feedback carrier before any release through a full screen experience.

  • We fixed the on boarding experience and we created a new layout so it’s simpler to understand and get started with Feedier, no more bugs.

  • We added a referral program ready for you. If you need more capacity on your free plan, no need to upgrade, simply refer your friend and let them discover Feedier 🤙.  

  • We added support for Facebook in the rating engagement so you can engage your customers to rate your Facebook page after they’re done with their feedback. 

  • Need to reach your customers directly without the help of the digital world? We got your back. Check out the Sharing tab of your feedback carrier to find a new “Print” option that will automatically create for you beautiful and customized PDF leaflets ready to be printed 🖨. 

  • Need more 5 star ratings ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️? That’s another good reason to use Feedier! We re-designed the rating engagement at the end of the feedback. Animated, eye-catching but most importantly, it is now directly available underneath the reward name, no scroll needed. 

  • Overall improvements on the Feedback carrier settings UI and wallet page navigation.

  • Heard of the new GDPR? We are ready. We added a new page that details every data collected by Feedier and how we use it. Transparency matters. 

  • We now support custom links for your Feedback carrier, get in touch with us if needed. Make it yours!

  • Better email sharing, you can now customize every email by providing a first name, last name or simply a name.

  • We improved the Testimonial engagement, a lot. You can now ask your customers to write a nice testimonial at the end of the feedback through an elegant modal. An email will be sent out whenever you receive one.
