Version 1.1.7 - September 27th 2018

This update covers 20 issues 🤙 Here is a highlight of what was done:

  • From now on, you users can return to the Feedback Carrier page as many times as they want. The page will be accessible until the “Finish“ button is pressed. So they can reload the page, do something else and come back any time later. It will still be accessible.

  • We improved the Push campaigns process (email and text SMS) by applying a limit per request (200 for the emails and 100 for the SMS). This will ensure a better deliverability. But also a better error reporting to know exactly which number / email is incorrect.

  • We added a new satisfaction ratio data set in the Feedback received report so you can get it over time 📈. We believe it’s a valuable insight for any business.

  • We changed the Dashboard Feedback carriers filter to be more useful → Direct link, searchable and with more details. It also gives content more space. Which is great. 🎯

  • New “Email widget” sharing method that gives you a HTML snippet you can simply copy/past in any email to collect feedback automatically. Easy peasy. The ratings will be pre-filled with the user choice when he clicks on a star level (from 1 to 5).

  • New “Refer a friend“ engagement to let the user invite a friend to your product / service at the end. We pre-filled everything so the user can just set the email address.

  • We fixed the Back button issue, where the user was stuck.

  • We fixed a clickjacking security issue that was present on the Dashboard side. No problem were reported, it was reported by a white hat hacker 🤠.

  • We fixed the many issues present on the Preview mode, so it should be usable now.
