7 issues fixed in this quick update, let’s go through the most important changes

  • Rating and question answers are now saved along the way in the browser’s local storage. So any user can leave the feedback, get a coffee and come back later. No hassle, every answer will be available again.

  • Review engagement gets a step further Feedier now automatically builds the review URL based on the param you configure. We added an example, a help image / link and a description for every platform. There is no change needed though, it will work fine if you are still using the old structure.

  • Any engagement clicked will now be suffixed with any custom field attached to the feedback as well as the feedback ID so you can retrieve it on your side. Using GET parameters.

  • We added the export feature for the “Push report“, both CSV and JSON files.

  • Email pushes can now be previewed before being sent.
