Here we are for our second December release → Feedier 1.1.17, with 19 issues resolved and some exiting news as always:

  • Brand new on-boarding experience to explain Feedier easily in a couple clicks This will get our new users get started faster to collect more valuable customer feedback. You can access it from the boarding widget or upon activation.

  • Last week we added support for ratings in the conditions, it now works with custom fields as well. Always aiming for the same goal → A more unique end-user experience.

  • We have introduced the ability to change the “Wave effect“ for premium users, with a new Branding option to select within 6 separations → waves, straight, angle up, angle down, angle left, angle right

  • Feedback authentication is now available for Enterprise plans. You can generate from the Feedback Carrier settings or call the Feedier’s API v1/carriers/tokens/{carrier_id}/generate and v1/carriers/tokens/{carrier_id}/list endpoints to get unique tokens that will be attached to the Feedback. This guarantees security on who can participate to your feedback campaign.

  • New Filters report to export feedback entries in a .csv with a one column = one answer layout.

  • New Rating platform “marketplace“ → “Product page“ which redirects the user to your store’s product page in order to collect 5-star ratings with Feedier.

  • New SAAS Feedback Carrier template to help you collect Feedback for your SAAS business in 2 clicks.

  • We fixed the SMS issue where the sender name was “F“.

  • We fixed the Feedback Carrier preview, the last step when sending the Preview email was not working, now it is
