Version 1.1.28 - March 13th, 2019

This week’s update is now live: Feedier 1.1.28, with 28 tasks closed this week, round & clean! Here are the most important changes:

  • New “Smiley“ question type to make your Feedback Carriers even more attractive and dynamic. Let your user pick an emoji for that question type. No best way to catch a feeling from a form.

  • New compact all-in-one Feedback Carrier report You can now have a complete overview of your Feedback Carrier’s results through this new report. Which also, can be exported to a PDF file with the top right “Download“ button. You will have one individual report per question and rating plus some great stats.

  • New mobile version , large improvements here. On tablet and mobile devices, the navigation is now larger and stick the screen’s bottom edge. Which makes the navigation a LOT easier. The user will also get the current progress from this new navigation bar.

  • Completion time improvements on the Feedback side, whenever you select a date/choice/file option Feedier will automatically go to the next question unless it’s the last one.

  • When editing question/rating/engagement/reward, you can save and exit without going through all the steps. Which is handy

  • We added two new rating platforms for the 5-star rating engagement: Glassdoor and Trustedshops.

  • The Banding modal now has a “Contrast Score“ button that’ll calculate for your a score whether your design has a good contrast level or not. So if people will struggle to see your logo, or not.

  • The Branding modal is now coming with a live preview of all your changes. No need to save to see how it’s going to affect the current design.

  • The various issues linked to the Testimonial engagement have been fixed. Like the fact, the filter had no impact on the ones displayed on the Reports page.

  • The Reward’s distribution limit input has been redesigned to be easier to understand and change.

  • We improved, again, the question/rating flow.

  • We fixed the dragging issue when updating a slider’s value. It’s now a lot smoother.

  • The Satisfaction ratios are now deactivated if no rating is set to the Feedback Carrier.
