A long-anticipated update comes with lots of new features in this major release.

Our billing page has been revamped, now you can build in teams for the Explorer and Prestige Plan when required. Please remember to add in the total number of licences that you require.
Added the ability to download a certificate - Show off you Feedback collection prowess and download a certificate from the homepage.
Improved the Multi-language content editor for German and Italian and updated the display language picker.
Feedback forms are now clearer to read in list preview with a tooltip in the dashboard.
Now you can use string {this_form} to reference the name of your current form in the:
Settings> Edit > Intro/Footer text
Share > Email/SMS Campaigns textbox
Description of ratings/questions/rewards/engagements
Content editor.
Ability to delete empty teams.
Tweak to displaying the Actions Preview
Now you can view if a user is a Promoter or Detractor based on their NPS in the Feedback page.
Improved the way Feedback is assigned including adding an Assigned Date and a new ‘Resolved’ status to individual Feedback
Updating our graphics when you need to upgrade

The next release will be another large one as we integrate the Segment tool across the dashboard which we hope will widely improve the reporting abilities on the platform.
