We’ve redesigned our benchmarking tool, so now you can compare two sets of data side by side using different filters.
We’ve split up the data insights page into manageable pieces so you can focus on what’s important to you:
- General - Bringing you the graphs you’ve become familiar with
- Rating Answers - Choose from 3 different graph formats
- Questions Answers - Choose from 3 different graph formats
- Custom Fields
- Push Requests
- Tags
Comments! You can now talk to members of your team on individual feedback, and Primary team users can comment on sub-team feedback.
Teammates can now be subscribed and unsubscribed from segments by admin users.
A new user type → Restricted Viewer.
The Restricted Viewer can only view and comment on Feedback that they have been assigned to.
Perfect for when you have multiple clients on the go.
Restyled the weekly account summary to make things clearer at a glance.
Improved the warning message when deleting/hiding a rating/question linked to a condition.
