The FQL Selector is a powerful tool that allows you to segment your feedback data and organise them into the User Story cards. However the current FQL selector was not so easy to understand so we took your feedback and gave it a fresh new look Now it should make it more clear to see which filters have been selected for each User Story inside a Live Journey.

We also made some more changes to the Live Journeys:

View Insights button is directly on the User Story card making it seeing to go directly to your feedback
Relational link between each Filter is more clear. For the feedback response to be matched each filter must be matched.
More description in the User Story so you can quickly see which response match which filters.
