We are continuing to improve the Live Journeys for you to make them more accessible and easier to integrate into your workflow. Now each touchpoint is clearly defined.

Now when you add a new Live Journey you will also have the option to choose from 4 Different Templates to guide your Journey creation process.

Each Template is designed for a specific Journey type and all templates are fully editable to add your own data and description.

All you have to do is choose your template and selected filters for each User Story to add your Live data and group your feedback based on the different touchpoints.

We also fixed a major bug that was affecting the Satisfaction Ration Calculations so you might see your results tweaked to the accurate % and moving forward all of these will be calculated correctly
