Version 1.8.8 - 5th November 2020

Another exciting updates to our PDF reports this week. Now you have the ability to share specific reports for specific people. When you hide sections of the PDF, this is also hidden in the download and the share link. So creating custom reports is even quicker and easier without having to re-generate seperate reports. This also works when you share the live PDF report so the data will be updated for the specific section you updated automatically.

A big change to our User Roles this week was an update to the Restricted Viewer user role. Now the restricted viewer has the ability to create their own forms and be able to update, edit and delete information from that form. They will still have limited access to the feedback that are asigned to them by an admin user and as usual they will not be able to see all the other feedback or form from the teams they are part of.

Little details can be powerful which is why we have an average comparison indicator below the numeric results. Quite often when looking at specific reports of sub-set data, it is important to know how this result compares to the total average for that question. Well now you can !

A big focus for us in the product team is improving the Onboarding user experience so we have organised the things in the dashboard.

The main Activity dashboard and Insights dashboard have merged to one page to centralise all your key information in one place.

The form builder navigational has had some changes to it as well. Now you will find the Actions and Rewards in the extra options tab making the intial form builder flow lighter.

The controls for Duplicating, Deleting, Reseting and moving forms to a new cluster are now located under the form info tab.

As usual we did a lot of specific customer requests for their accounts and fixed bugs to keep improving our product.
