This week we worked on a few new features:

On the Feedback Page in the main navigational tab you currently have the ability to add an Owner to an individual feedback report and you can also add a Progress Status. These features are really useful because it means you can assign members in your team and make that feedback actionable.

This allows teams to have ownership over their data and measure the response. So for that reason we have added the new Feedback Ownership Tab under the Insights Page so you can measure how many feedbacks have been assigned and the different progress statuses.

We also added the ability to search and filter your data using there statuses in FQL Search button here:

Another new feature is the ability to add multiple conditions on a single question using an OR function. So this means if you would like a question to be displayed if any one of the many conditions are met now you have the possibility to do that and you can use both the ‘AND’ or ‘OR’ options as shown below.

Important Notice:

We recently had a bug that created some duplicate feedbacks in some organisations. We have now resolved this bug and deleted the extra feedbacks so if you notice your overall feedback count has gone down. Don’t worry that was just the duplicate feedback.
