This week we are introducing a new page in our dashboard called ‘Actions’. To make feedback actionable you need make sure the right person is assigned feedback at the right time and with enough contextual information so they can act accordingly. That’s exactly this page let’s you do.

 

Using the existing User Stories features you can set conditions based on time, questions answer, form, attribute and many more. The Stories act as an trigger for any Action attached to that story.

 

There are many different types of actions that are available right now:

Email - A real time email sent to the assigned user when a feedback matches that User Story conditions.

Weekly Report - Email containing all the feedbacks received that week that match the User story conditions.

Or send the feedback directly to one of these platform in your existing workflow:


 

We have also created a new report page The Geographical report is a new way to visualise your data over an interactive map. This will show feedback data mapped out over countries, regions or even by business units. Currently you can visualise Feedback received or Satisfaction Ratio but over time we will be adding more functionality to this. So lets us know if you have any suggestions or feedback for this new feature.
