Version 1.9.20 - 29th April 2021

This week we focused taking the idea of Ownership and Actions further by adding 2 new functionalities and also looked at making access to you KPIs easier.

New Space for Saved Reports:

This is a visual space way to see all your Saved Reports in one place on the main Insights Home page. This will allow you to have pre-saved reports for all your KPIs so you can easily keep track of all your KPIs without needing to re-create them every-time.

Actions now have custom messaging:

When you add Email Action to a User Story there is an email that is sent with all the feedback data. Now you have the ability to add in a custom message with personalised instructions for how to respond to that Feedback.

For example if you have a User Story for Customer Complaints then you can customise a specific message for your staff on how to respond to that complaint.

To personalise the message even further you can add in specific context attributes that will dynamically change based on feedback that is received. This could be Customer_ID or Location or any other attribute you are capturing in your form. Then when you had added your message there is a Preview Tab to view how the message will look in the email that you will receive:

Now you can track Feedback Resolution time in Feedier:

As we strongly believe in Feedier, there is no point to collect feedback if no one is going to act on it. So how do you measure how well you are responding to the incoming feedback and turn that response into KPI ? Well that why we now can display the Resolution Time in the Insights- Ownership Page. This measures the time when the feedback received to when you change the status to Resolved. Then this is displayed in the as an Overall Average Response Time and also a Response Time by User so you can incentivise your team to be proactive and act quickly.

But wait there is more !

You can also you the Average Response Time in the newly launched Activity Chart below. So you can create report based on different products, departments and much more.
