This week we improved some of our existing features:

Activity Chart - Question Answer dropdown has been updated: When using the activity chart and selecting the Question Answer option on the Y axis, you now have a wider and better design that tells you the feedback received count for each question, the question type and the cluster and form it belongs too making it easier for you to get to the insights quicker:

Live PDF reports have a new flow: When creating a new Live PDF Report you will now have a blank report to start so you can customise the report how you want and add each specific report types as needed.

In the future we will be looking to pre-set report options.

You also have a new option to add the overall Satisfaction Ratio Activity Figure that is shown on the Insights Home page in the PDF report also. This also interacts with the Search button up top so you can display the satisfaction Ration for specific forms or even questions.

Creating a new story when you are on the actions page: When you want to create a new story on the actions page you can can click directly in the Create New story button and it will re-direct you to the New Story modal so you can start filling in your details. When thats done, you can head back to the actions page and create a custom action for that story:

Also we worked on a fair bit of bug fixes to make sure the platform is working at it best !
