Version 1.9.27 - 8th July 2021

This last weeks we are working on lots of little improvement focusing on Pushes, Activity Chart, Rating Table, PDF reports & FQL search options. More information below:

Master Rules for Pushes:

When you send out Pushes (Email or SMS) via the dashboard or via an integration with Feedier you will usually have specific criteria to make sure the pushes are sent to the right person at the right time. When your staff are entering information into the campaign manually or into your CRM which then triggers the push on Feedier there is always a small margin for human error. This could be that the email entered was incorrect or you forgot to attached the specific context attributes or maybe you want to block certain emails from being sent a push. Well now there is a way around this problem.

Master Rules, are essentially your way of defining overall master rules that block certain pushes based on your criteria. So if all your email pushes should be sent to your employee who all have an email ending with @companyname.com , then this is something you can add in and if any one enter the a different or incorrect email it will be blocked.

Push Master Rules

Types of Rules you can apply:

  • Target Name (Email) - Block pushes if they match email value or contain part of the email value.

  • Target Name(SMS) - Block pushes if they match SMS number or contain part of the number.

  • Context Attribute - This one is more relevant when you have a custom integration with Feedier but you can apply rules where the attributes attached to a push must match a certain value.

So what happens when a email or sms is block?

Blocked Pushes, are still shown in the Push Listing table as shown below. You can always edit the push to the correct email or add attributes and then re-send to the right sender. Just click on the red blocked icon and click re-send.

Activity Chart Tooltip: We improved the UI of the tooltips shown within the activity chart. This will also show the total number of Feedbacks for each score so you can get more context.

Rating Tables in the User Story: When using the Ratings Table question type, in the past you weren’t able to include this question type in the User Stories filter. Now you can add them separately for each ratings within a rating table.

PDF Building Flow and Edit options: Creating Live PDF reports has become better with a multi flow Option. If you are looking to create a Pre-filled report from the existing data on the page or whether you are looking to start with a Blank report and custom build it:

FQL Visualised: When using the Search button on the side of page(Also known as FQL) to filter your data you can now see the exact filters that are applied on the page. You will see tags for each filter and by clicking the x you will be able to deselect that filter:
