Send Custom alerts on Microsoft Teams: Using the Actions feature you can send alerts to your teams channel when a feedback matches a user story. Now we have added the ability to send Files and custom message to the Teams channel with the new matched feedback.

Multiple Form Conditions using the same question: Now you can add the same question as multiple conditions. For example if you have a multi choice question where any 4/5 answers should trigger the question. You can also choose between the pre-existing AND or OR operators to create more complex conditions.
