Version 1.10.6 - 4th November 2021

Here are the updates from this last week:

Conditional Workflows for the Multi Push Campaigns

When creating a multi-push you normally need to add ‘interval days’ in between each push email. But what if you would like the next push only to be sent depending on the answers to a specific question. Let’s say you first email has a choice question asking your user their satisfaction using a rating slider question to rate your Service out of 5. But you only want to send the next form to users who answer 3 or more. This is exactly what the conditions workflows setting does.

This is now available through adding conditions within the Multi Push Campaign which allows you to create conditional workflows with many conditions available.

You can apply workflow conditions with 2 different Operator. The ‘AND’ operator or the ‘OR’ operator.

Applying a condition to your workflow:

Start by clicking the conditions Icon as shown below:

Then add 1 or multiple conditions to your workflow. If you add multiple conditions then all of these conditions must be TRUE for the overall condition to be met and trigger the next email.

Applying a ‘AND’ or ‘OR’ Operators:

When you have chosen your condition(s) you can then choose between two different operators:

AND operators is used when you want the interval days to have passed and the conditions to be met. Both things have to happen for it to trigger the next email.

OR operators is used when you want the interval days to have passed OR the conditions to be met. Any one of these things have to happen for it to trigger the next email.

Visualising your workflow in the Journeys:

You can also now visualise your multi push campaign in the Journeys page and see the specific conditions between each email push

Actions Page updates:

We have made it easier to disconnect Actions and Segments on the Actions Page.
