Version 1.10.7 - 18th November 2021

Here are the new changes in this release:

Anonymised Feedback Option: Quite often when you are conducting forms that contains attribute that are sensitive within your organisation and not something you would like to share with all the user roles in the Feedier platform within your company.

This is where the anonymised Feedback option comes in. You can now makes to attribute values hidden for everyone except the Admin user role within Feedier. So editor, viewers and restricted viewers will not be able to see things data.

This can be activated via the Advanced Option in the Form Builder here:

When activated the Editor, Viewer & Restricted Viewer Role will not see the attribute values with the dashboard as shown below:

On the Forms Page:

Feedback Page:

Insights Page > Push Listings:

Also in the Download Report when you export your feedback, the attributes will also be hidden here:

And everywhere else on the platform where attribute are shown. That way you can be confident to conduct forms with sensitive data and have it secured within your organisation inside Feedier.

Context attributes via QR codes:

QR codes are a great way to share your Forms in location. We have added the ability to add in Attributes via the QR code. Simply add the attribute name & value below the QR and then download. Please notes these attributes will only be shown on the attribute page when a feedback from that QR code has been selected.

Excluding Text Analysis from SR calculation: Last release we added the Sentiment Score of the Text question into the Satisfaction Ratio Calculation. However there are some scenario where you are using the Question for other purposes and you don’t want the feedback add to the total Satisfaction Ratio.

Now you have the ability exclude certain question by activating the toggle below in the advanced options for the Text Box question type.
