Version 1.11.1 - 29th August 2022

Another big update out this sprint ! We focused on the Insights & reporting capabilities.

Text Analysis Phase 2: As we promised phase 2 for the Text Analysis components is here. We have updated the new Text analysis tab with more powerful functionalities:

Topics V1: The new Topics functionalities allows you to group multiple keywords together so they can be measured together. This can be used to cluster things like different teams, positive or negative feedbacks and many more.

The topic are visualised using in a circle in a grid at the top of the Text Analysis page:

Each topic shows the number of Feedback that match that Topic and the Satisfaction Ratio if available.

You can easily create new topics but clicking the ‘New Topic’ button and adding keywords in the dropdown show below:

Keyword can be added in 2 ways.

Individual keywords: A single word that is shown in the topic if matched is any text answers. Example Service

Grouped Keywords: 2 or more words that only match the topic when they are both present in the feedback responses together. Example Bad&&Service. In order to add a grouped keyword in the Topic you must use && instead of a space between the keyword to have an exact match.

Another great functionality of topic is when you click View on any topic it updated the Keyword Ranking and Text Answer table below so you can dig even deeper into that topic and the keywords it contains.

You can also order the Keyword Ranking table based on one specific metric. If you click the Icon next the Satisfaction Ratio or Count you can order by ASC or DSC for the keyword table. Note this will order your keyword for all keyword matched not just the ones currently shown in the table.

New Benchmarking KPI: Choice Question Type

Now we are adding another useful KPI ! The Choices KPI This KPI allows you to use the Benchmarking feature for any Choice question type.

In the same way as the other Benchmarking reports you have 3 graph type to choose from:

Graph type 1

This type of graph allows you to compare two choice question with each other and create a stacked bar graph to see the comparison. This is used for comparing any 2 queries for a simple 1 vs 1 comparison.

Graph Type 2:

This graph type allows you to breakdown a choice questions based on the different options of that choice question. This create a simpler graph to Graph type 1 but with the ability to stack up to to 10 options. This is useful when comparing choice option to each under to under which was chosen as the best or worst.

You also have the option to limit the number of options shown in the graph. Lets say you are wanting to show the Top 5 choices out of the 15 options you had in the question. You can select limit 5 and order the options by highest to lowest as shown below:

Graph Type 3:

This graph type allows you to measure any 2 choice options(similar to graph type 1) but over a specific time period. This create a Line graph for the time period selected. This option is only available for single choice options (not multiple). This is useful when seeing how the values change over time compared to each other.

Add the ability to lock the survey: Another feature added this week is the ability to lock surveys for other user role. If you are the main admin and would like to lock a survey after its created so other user roles cannot edit.

This is block Editors, Viewer or Restricted viewer from editing the questions in the survey.

We have also updated the Correlation Report dropdown to make it more customisable. Now you can add specific attributes values to be shown in the graph. This way its easier to show exactly the data you need.
