Version 2.0.1 - 19th June 2023

We are excited to introduce the new Feedier 2.0.1 ! This version comes with great upgrades in our Dashboard to allow you to personalise it even further

Dashboard Views

Personalise your dashboard to add custom graphs

We are excited to introduce that you now have the ability to create and assign a personalized dashboard to any users with FQL filters and a customized PDF report. This feature enables you to tailor your views according to your individual needs and preferences, ensuring a more efficient and relevant user experience.

You can now create your own customized dashboard view, taking into account specific filters such as time period, attributes, and now the (NEW) inclusion of Graphs from a saved PDF report.

To add a custom view you need to add things:

Filters: Any filters you would like to have auto applied to the dashboard at all times

Saved PDF Report: Any graphs that are inside this report will be added to this customised Dashboard view.

This flexibility allows you to curate your dashboards with the most relevant data and insights for your role.

How to setup a new Dashboard view:

Save a PDF report.

Create a Dashboard View in your “views” page with the PDF report

New Customized Activity Chart

You can now save any changes made to the activity chart question type configurations and/or breakdown options. By clicking the "Save" button, the current state of the chart is stored, preserving the chosen question type or breakdown.

These saved charts remain interactive with the filters, so you can keep on customizing the chart.
Additionally, users can add their customized charts to the dashboard view as a graph in the PDF report.

Any activity chart added via the The dashboard views feature also enables editing, deleting, or renaming, offering full control over personalized data visualization within Feedier.

Second View for KPIs Comparison

We added a second view to operational KPIs, you will now be able to compare KPIs within any filter you wish, the idea is that you can see your progress regarding each KPI in the activity dashboard. You will be able to compare the score of the KPI with the one of last time period for example!

How to Create it:

If you are willing to compare your filtered KPI with a custom “Current Total” you must use the FQLs.

Another way that you can create a KPI comparison is by creating a view with a saved PDF report as mentioned above that has a Operational KPI in the report.

New FQL filter: Completion time

We have improved the filtering capabilities for survey feedback, we have implemented a feature that allows you to filter feedback by entering a custom completion time and choose "Greater than" or "Less than" to filter responses that exceed or fall short of the specified completion time, respectively. These comparison options provide further flexibility in tailoring the filtering process to your specific needs.
