Text Analysis 4.1
We are excited to introduce Text Analysis 4.1, with this release, we bring you a feature that will help you see meaningful insights from your Text Answers, Text Summarization.
The Text Summary feature utilizes the capabilities of the ChatGPT to generate comprehensive word summaries for your feedback data. Also, To ensure that you receive valuable summaries, a "Regenerate Summary" button is available. If you find the initial summary to be of low quality, you can request an alternative summary.
Summarization is interactive with your filters, as you apply filters on the dashboard to focus on specific feedback subsets, the generated summaries adapt to the changes, providing you with relevant insights. This feature is also dynamic with topics therefore when you make selections or adjustments of topics, the summaries are automatically updated to reflect the latest changes.
Survey Metrics
The goal of this development is that you can access and have more information of how your team is working and in which way.
We've added a modal on each team that shows the amount of each survey type that the team has created. This modal will only be accessible for admins.
Also, Admins will have the ability to see which colleagues of the team are creating private surveys.
Filters Improvement
Topics have been added in platforms filters.
Our goal is to provide you with the ability to directly add Topics in filters. This exciting update enables you to create segments and alerts based on specific keywords associated with those topics.
Feedback sources have been added in platforms filters.
Our goal is to empower you with the ability to filter feedback by source within the Filters component and offer the option to break down data by source in the graph.
