Customer Effort Score

We are pleased to announce the introduction of the Customer Effort Score (CES). With this release, we are delivering a feature designed to enhance your users' experience.

The CES, or Customer Effort Score, serves as a metric to gauge the level of effort exerted by a customer. It functions as a form of customer survey that assesses the ease of interaction between a client and your business.

Notably, the distinguishing feature of CES lies in its measurement, which operates in the reverse direction compared to satisfaction ratings. In this scale, a response of 1 indicates the highest level of satisfaction, while 10 represents the least favorable outcome. This scale ranges from 1 to 10.

CES on Surveys

A new question type is created to measure CES, it's going to be a scale question type with the max value flexible. Its options will be:

  • Scale 1-3/ 1 2 3

  • Scale 1-5/ 1 2 3 4 5

  • Scale 1-7/ 1 2 3 4 5 6 7

  • Scale 1-10/ 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10

Navigate to sources and create a new survey.

CES on PDF Report

A new graph is added in PDF Report to reflect the Customer Effort Score, its display will be similar to Satisfaction Ratio widget but opposite, as the best answer for CES are lowest values.

 

 


Sentiment Score Displayed by Question

Currently, we have a report that displays the sentiment score per feedback, but we recognize the need for a deeper level of analysis that's why we created the ability to evaluate the general sentiment score per question. Our goal is to integrate this invaluable feature directly into the Text Answered report, providing you with a comprehensive overview of each question.

This feature will be integrated in PDF report in two ways, firstly it will be present in the Pre-Filled PDF Report. The second one is that you will have the option to add it manually on the Text Analysis Report.

The steps are the following:

Afterwards you select the option “Text Answers” on the first dropdown. Immediately a toggle “Group by Question” will appear.

New improvements in Text Analysis page!
You will now have the capability to observe the count of subtopics (if applicable) within the primary circles. Additionally, we have incorporated a topics scale accompanied by a legend that explains the meaning of the colours of circles and its sentiment score.

 

 


Activity Graph Displayed by Weeks

Our aim is to furnish you with the capacity to view your users' information organized by weeks.

 


New Attribute Graph

We are happy to announce that we added a new graph that will provide you with a more detailed breakdown of answered attribute responses. Our goal is to offer you the ability to view this breakdown through intuitive visualizations in bar charts.

The bar chart will show: the selected attribute, the total answers for that attribute and in the graph in the x-axis the attribute values and in the y-axis the number of feedback per value.

The steps to create an Attribute graph are the following:

Afterwards you will see a dropdown to select the attribute you want the graph for.

You will have to select the values you want to see, you can select up to 10 values per attribute, other values will be “Other”
