How to alter the WOffice Kanban notification from the Theme Settings
In cases where the Advanced Email is not active, you can alter the WOffice Kanban notification from the Theme Settings. To do so, you will need to:
Navigate to the Appearance > Theme Settings > WOffice Kanban > Notification Options
Within the “Kanban Status Changed Notification Subject” here you can specify the subject of the notification.
On the “Kanban Status Change Notification Content”, here you can alter the email notification content. You can alter the contents and structure of the email but ensure that you do not remove the dynamic variables in place.
