Blog from April, 2019

May already! Oh. Well, no time to waste here at Feedier. We are happy to introduce Feedier version 1.2.3 with 16 tasks handled and some pretty exciting new features. Let’s have a look onto them (smile)

  • New Loyalty points reward 🌟 Send to your users Loyalty points in your own Loyalty currency. You can pick a number of points you wish to send, currency name and optionally a currency icon. Once distributed, an email is sent. You can either integrate with the Feedier API, as a webhook is fired (will be documented this week, contact us) or manually assign the points to the user and change the reward delivery status from the Feedier dashboard (that’s a new feature).

  • New Product Delivery reward 🌟 This reward has the same new features as the first one, you can integrate with Feedier’s API or change the distribution status manually. For each Product reward, you can add a name, desc, image, and link. At the end of the Feedback, Feedier will ask for the user’s address and attach it to the Feedback, automatically 😎

  • We have harmonized all the Feedier Dashboard pages, mostly in the page names and we added a header to all pages. Small layout change, but important. Carriers → Feedback Carriers and Filters → Dynamic Filters (thumbs up)

  • The Feedback Carrier’s settings screen now includes the language, with a flag. A quick tip: click the flag to directly change the language

  • We added clear explanation + a screenshot for every sharing method so it’s easier for you to share your Feedback Carrier to the right user with the right method.

  • When creating a Feedback Carrier from a template, you can now get a demo without leaving the Dashboard. Easy peasy.

  • We’ve updated the Polish translation 🇵🇱

  • We decided to remove the bottom left notifications as they were very disturbing and ruining the experience. Which was definitely not the goal. You will still be able to see them from the Notifications page.

Welcome to Feedier version 1.2.2, this release is coming along 18 tasks closed by our team and some interesting changes to improve your Feedback workflow (smile) Here are the most important changes:

  • 6 new templates are now available when creating a new Feedback Carrier 🚀

  • The Live preview is now open by default on any Feedback Carrier when editing its content.

  • We created a new feedier.com/partners page to make the translations easier to manage and update. So Feedier can support as many languages as available on our planet 🌏

  • The push API now supports a custom_fields parameter in the POST request. This parameter must be a JSON object of field → value. If the fields provided does not exist, they’ll be attached to the Feedback nevertheless.

  • We improved the reset password workflow from your profile page.

  • The condition’s creation form now supports the Smiley question type.

  • As of this version, any GET parameter passed along the Feedback Carrier URL will be attached as a custom field. So if you add ?foo=bar at the end of your URL. Feedier will create a custom field foo and attach the value bar to it.

  • The PDF all-in-one report received a lot of improvements including better pagination, smileys support and better rating stats.

Here is Feedier version 1.2.1, wrapping up a clean 18 tasks to improve the app at many different levels 👋 As always, let’s go through the main changes here:

  • The templates listing has been redesigned and we added 3 new templates ☕ The goal is for our customers to be able to kick off the Feedback campaign faster than ever and get the feeling of any template before selecting it. Demos links will be coming shortly.

  • Feedier can now be used offline (no internet connection), which means you can collect Feedback from any place, internet or not 🏖 When done, there is a sync page you can use to sync your entries with the Feedier service. If that interests you, please contact our team so we can set it up on your account.

  • The Excel reports have been improved, showcasing more data and we changed the rating values from Emojis to actual numbers that you can sort and analyze.

  • We fixed a bug where Essentials account were not able to create a new Feedback Carrier once they deleted an existing one.

  • We fixed many preview bugs so it can be as close as possible from what the user will actually get when giving his Feedback.

  • We improved the Flow graph to sync the data

  • Feedback single page can now be accessed at any time, deleted or not. It will not be visible from the Feedback listing, but the single page will still be accessible.

  • We improved the Engager widget on mobile devices, it will now take less space and be more discret. Plus, we deactivated the shaking effect on mobile devices.

  • We fixed some design issues on the Reports when having large dataset, more than 1000 Feedback entries.

Oh! Did we miss one? Yes, after 30 releases in the past weeks. We took one extra week to get ready for Feedier 1.2.0 🌟 This major update wraps 20 tasks. Marking a new milestone in Feedier’s short history. Including some major changes:

  • New Live Preview and way to edit/create elements on Feedier 👀 It’s off by default (for now) but you can trigger it by clicking the “Preview“ button of every single Feedback Carrier. This will show you a dynamic live version of your Feedback Carrier. All edit/creation actions now happen in a modal. Same elements, just different workflow.

  • We added a unique and new Offline mode for the Station mode 📲 You need to reach our team to enable it. So you can easily collect Feedback from any place, without the internet and directly from a tablet. Once you’re done, we created a sync page that you can use to send your Feedback entries to Feedier.

  • We updated the Feedier website with a new header 🌈 on all pages, time for a change!

  • The mobile version got 3 discrete improvements: better support for NPS questions on small devices, a better spacing on the Engagements (after the reward) screen. Last but not least, we fixed the Slider question which was super hard to drag on a touch device.

  • We improved the flow graph by making more clear → You can now get a preview of every condition by simply hovering it. Easy.

  • The support page is now fixed. There used to be a broken button.

  • The invoices got re-designed to match the global Feedier style. Adding more clarity and touch on details.
