Please make sure, you have installed the Woffice theme min version 2.9.2 and Woffice core plugin version min 2.9.2
Please try to deactivate the plugin(those are not associated with the theme) one by one and check again on a private window each time. (Do not deactivate Woffice core, BuddyPress, and Unyson)
After making sure about the above two points if you still have the same issue, please share the WordPress admin login details
